I’m an empathetic and open-minded therapist with a lot of compassion for people who come from various walks of life. I’m committed to helping my clients learn how to feel better about themselves, heal from past and ongoing issues, and take steps towards enhancing their lives.

I've been a licensed therapist for 8+ years with a Master's Degree in Professional Counseling. I have prior experience working in outpatient mental health clinics, and with community education programs for youth.

The therapeutic experience is unique for each person based on individual needs and goals, which are decided together. I offer a collaborative approach, and the educator in me enjoys helping you understand about your mind, body, emotions, and systems in which you function. My clients can expect to learn about what influences their lived experiences, and how to bring about change using skills that engage their minds, bodies, and emotions.

It’s important to me to provide a space where my clients feel safe, cared for, supported, and encouraged. During the first session I will ask you what brought you into therapy, expectations you have for therapy, and I'll ask for an overview of key points in your life. You'll leave session knowing what I have to offer you as a therapist, and the initial direction that we could take in therapy.
