Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, couples and families who feel stuck in painful patterns--whether that's ongoing conflict, disconnection, anxiety, depression or feeling misunderstood in important relationships.

I help people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors and help them respond in ways that feel more grounded, clear and connected.

With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust and helping both partners feel heard and valued.

I work with adolescents and young adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of themselves and help them build confidence, emotional awareness and healthier ways of coping.

I help clients who have experienced emotionally unhealthy or narcissistic relational patterns, supporting them in rebuilding their sense of self, setting boundaries and healing from the impact of those experiences.

As a Christian therapist, I also offer faith-based counseling for clients who would like to integrate faith in God into our work together.

I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University as well as a Masters Degree in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative and insight-oriented. I help clients understand the underlying patterns of their thoughts, feelings and behaviors while also providing practical tools to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to feel understood, encouraged, supported and also challenged in ways that lead to real growth and positive changes. If your faith is important to you, we can integrate a Biblical perspective into our sessions, including reflecting on scripture as a source of insight, comfort and guidance.
