Marie Smith, PMHNP-BC, board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner, providing virtual visits for adults 20 and older in Ohio, offering accessible, compassionate care wherever you are.

I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. Many of my clients are high-functioning but inwardly struggling. Others are managing major life transitions or simply tired of feeling emotionally stuck. We’ll work together to better understand what’s happening beneath the surface, clarify your goals, and support meaningful progress.

As a nurse practitioner, medication management is a large part of my role. I recognize that medication does not work the same for every person, & finding the right medication can be life changing! I prioritize safe, effective prescribing that is tailored to you, in addition to providing supportive psychotherapy.

My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, validated, and supported. Clients can expect a thoughtful, respectful, and collaborative space where we work together to understand your concerns and identify what will support your well-being. I take time to listen deeply and help you make sense of what you’re experiencing.

As a provider with advanced training psychopharmacology, I’ll work closely with you to find the right fit—one that aligns with your goals, values, and preferences. I believe in using the lowest effective dose, regularly monitoring progress, and making adjustments together as needed.
