As a board certified mental health nurse practitioner, I provide mental health evaluation, medication management, & psychotherapy for clients ages 20+. I have 15 years experience as a nurse practitioner and 5 years experience as a mental health provider. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorder. Everybody goes through mental health concerns differently, & my goal is to work with you to identify your concerns, your goals for care & the outcomes you are hoping for.

As a nurse practitioner, medication management is a large part of my role. I recognize that medication does not work the same for every person, & finding the right medication can be life changing! I prioritize safe, effective prescribing that is tailored to you, in addition to providing supportive psychotherapy.
