I have been a therapist for 17 years. Throughout this time, I have developed a specialization for anxiety, trauma and childhood abuse with an adult client base through individual therapy sessions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have experience in CBT, EMDR, solution focused modalities of therapy. I typically use most often CBT and when working with trauma I prefer EMDR.
