Great to meet you!

I understand how exhausting it can feel to be caught in the same patterns or unsure how to help someone you care about. I offer a calm, approachable, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. We will work together at a pace that feels right for you. Reach out when you are ready to begin.

My approach to therapy

I provide a supportive, collaborative space to slow things down and understand what is driving patterns and reactions. Together, we explore emotions, identify what is within your control, and develop healthier ways to communicate and respond. Clients learn to set boundaries, build confidence, and create more stable, connected relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will begin by talking about what brought you to therapy and what feels most important right now. You will have space to share at your own pace, ask questions, and get a sense of whether we are a good fit. Together, we will begin identifying your goals and what support may feel most helpful.
