Thank you for being here. It means you have taken the first step in loving yourself, and prioritizing yourself. My goal is to facilitate your own empowerment to achieve the life you want despite whatever hardships you might have gone through or growing journey you are currently on. I feel honored to be able to witness and support individuals and couples as they find wholeness, healing, and empowerment within themselves. To help you, I may utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness, or other approaches.
