Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am committed to fostering a judgment-free environment for my clients' therapeutic journeys. I conduct sessions in English, Spanish, or a combination of both languages for adults at any stage of life. I have assisted clients in navigating life transitions, managing stress, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, grief, attention issues, and behavioral concerns through evidence-based methods.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is eclectic and holistic, meaning I tailor each treatment plan to fit your unique needs, experiences, and goals. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, emotionally focused, person-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed approaches, along with mindfulness and attachment-focused work. Together, we explore the connections between your mind, body, and emotions while identifying meaningful goals and practical steps toward change. I work collaboratively with you, honoring your cultural, spiritual, and personal values, so we can build a path forward that feels authentic, empowering, and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where we focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. We will explore your current concerns, personal history, and any important cultural or life experiences that shape your perspective. I’ll also help you begin identifying what you’d like to change or improve, while answering any questions you may have about the process. Together, we will start outlining initial goals and discuss what working together could look like moving forward. My priority is to ensure you feel comfortable, heard, and understood as we begin building a strong foundation for our work together.
