Great to meet you!

You are the one everyone relies on - the strong one. Even when you’re running on empty, you keep showing up, holding it together, and pushing through. On the outside, you look composed. Inside, you might feel exhausted, unseen, or detached from yourself. I work with adults break free from patterns that keep them stuck in survival mode. We will work on reconnecting with your needs, rebuilding self trust, and creating a balanced, authentic relationship with yourself. I bring a compassionate, steady presence to therapy; no cold stares or awkward silences. Just a real human connection, where you can feel safe enough to show up. As a therapist for the past 9 years and someone who has navigated my own share of life’s complexities, I understand the invisible weight we often carry; anxiety, depression, expectations, and the pressure to hold everything together.

Choosing the right therapist is important, so I offer a free 15-20 minute phone or video consultation to discuss your needs and ensure we’re a good fit. There’s no pressure; this call is simply an opportunity for you to learn more and decide if you’d like to move forward with therapy. You may take your time after the call to decide whether to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My priority is to create a relaxed and supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I am aware therapy can be intimidating or vulnerable. In addition to exploring what’s meaningful to you in each session, I provide practical tools and coping strategies you can use between sessions to support your growth. I believe therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, so we’ll tailor our work together based on what best supports your needs.

I am a Level 2 Brainspotting practitioner and trained in EMDR and CBT. For clients with a history of trauma, we can take a trauma-focused approach to help you process and heal from unresolved wounds. Depending on your goals, we’ll draw from a combination of therapeutic modalities to guide your healing in a way that feels grounded, personalized, and effective.

What you can expect from me

In my practice, therapy is more than just a space to "check in"; we will explore the roots behind your anxiety, depression or trauma response. From there we will use approaches to help you face and re-frame any negative core beliefs that may be holding you back. Incorporating EMDR and Brainspotting could also be applied in our sessions to process deeper emotional wounds and support lasting healing and resilience. My hope is that you can find a sense of relief from what is emotionally impacting you on a day to day basis.
