Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than 24 years of experience working with adults across community behavioral health, crisis services, and psychiatric care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship concerns, grief, stress, and serious mental illness.

My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe every person's story is unique, and therapy should reflect that. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore the challenges that have brought you to therapy, and develop meaningful strategies that support your goals and overall well-being.

Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they feel genuinely heard, respected, and accepted without judgment. Building a trusting therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of my work because meaningful change begins when people feel safe enough to be themselves.

Whether you are seeking support during a difficult season, working through longstanding challenges, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward greater healing, resilience, and hope.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of my work. I believe meaningful change begins with trust, respect, and a genuine connection. My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace, knowing you will be met with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment.

Therapy is not about having all the answers or feeling like you need to face life's challenges alone. It is an opportunity to better understand yourself, recognize the strengths you already possess, and develop new ways of navigating the obstacles that may be standing in your way. I see our work as a partnership, where your voice, experiences, and goals help guide the therapeutic process.

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches while recognizing that healing is deeply personal and looks different for everyone. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship concerns, life transitions, stress, or simply feeling stuck, we will work together to gain insight, build practical skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe people are often more resilient than they realize. Even during life's most difficult moments, growth and healing are possible. My hope is that through our work together, you will leave therapy with a greater understanding of yourself, renewed confidence in your strengths, and a clearer path toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and it's completely normal if you're not sure where to begin. Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, discuss what has brought you to therapy, and explore what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no expectation that you have everything figured out before we meet.

My priority is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you, and you'll always have a voice in the therapeutic process. I will also answer any questions you have about therapy, explain my approach, and together we'll determine whether we're a good fit and how we can move forward in a way that best supports your goals.

I believe therapy is a partnership, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you begin your journey toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
