Great to meet you!

Based on my 20+ years of experience I have an expertise working with clients facing all types of mental health issues. I got my masters in psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and became a licensed mental health counselor in New York. Helping you feel better and live a happier life is my goal and what drives me to keep helping people that are looking to grow and improve.

My approach to therapy

I offer a mindfulness approach to help you cope during difficult times, overcome crisis and foster resilience. By providing a safe non-judgmental environment that fosters curiosity, creative thinking, positive psychology and cognitive therapy I can help you design a plan for your personal transformation.
