Great to meet you!

I am a warm, collaborative, and open-minded therapist who creates a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I view therapy as a partnership and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, goals, and experiences. As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish, helping clients express themselves comfortably in the language that feels most natural to them. Using evidence-based approaches, I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and self-esteem concerns while helping them build insight and effective coping skills.

I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Holistic Health from San Francisco State University.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, supportive, and collaborative approach to therapy, creating a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself. My work is tailored to your unique needs and integrates evidence-based strategies with deeper self-exploration to support meaningful, lasting change. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, women's mental health concerns, and trauma-related difficulties. Together, we'll explore patterns, beliefs, and relationships while building practical tools to help you navigate challenges and achieve your goals. I also incorporate a mind-body perspective, helping you better understand the connection between your emotions, stress responses, and overall well-being while honoring the cultural and social factors that shape your experiences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can share openly and at your own pace. As a bilingual clinician, I bring a culturally sensitive perspective that honors the unique experiences, values, and backgrounds of each client. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your strengths and challenges, and identify goals that feel meaningful to you. I'll ask questions to better understand your experiences and the areas you'd like to focus on. Together, we'll begin creating a personalized plan to support healing, growth, and lasting change.
