Great to meet you!

I am an empathetic, humanistic, compassion-focused therapist. But more importantly, I am a fellow human desiring to hold space for you, your emotions, your lived experiences, and your story. As hurt occurs within the context of relationship, I believe healing can also be found there as well. Together, we will build a strong and safe therapeutic relationship where you can find solace and clarity.

My approach to therapy

I apply evidence-based practices as I work with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, relational conflict, grief, the effects of trauma, boundary violations, depression, and more. Whatever you’re facing, we’ll get clear about how it’s affecting you and create a plan together to move you closer to living with more intention, joy, and peace.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions together, it is my hope that you find a safe and non-judgmental space to more deeply explore your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and patterns. Brené Brown once stated, “If we can share our story with someone who responds with empathy and understanding, shame can’t survive.” Shame no longer has to have a place in your story.
