Great to meet you!

Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, or a major life transition? You don't have to navigate it alone.

I work with adults facing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, relationship challenges, chronic health concerns, and end-of-life issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.

Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful change that supports your emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, interpersonal therapy, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves and develop healthier ways of coping.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and practical. Together, we'll build self-awareness, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop tools that help you move toward greater balance, confidence, and emotional wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to talk about what has brought you to therapy and what you hope will be different moving forward.

We'll explore your current challenges, discuss your goals, and begin creating a plan tailored to your unique needs. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood from the very beginning so that therapy feels like a place where you can be yourself and focus on healing.
