I have been in the counseling field for over 30 years and practicing as a licensed counselor for the past 7 years. I have worked with a variety of populations to include children, adults and families. I'm a very genuine person that enjoy assisting others with developing the best version of themselves.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution focused therapy. I strive to build rapport initially and then allow the client to assist in developing the best approach to assist you.

My clients often share after their first session that they feel more enlighten and open to therapy.
