I have been in the counseling field for over 30 years and practicing as a licensed counselor for the past 6 years. I have worked with a variety of populations to include children, adults and families. I'm a very genuine person that enjoy assisting others with developing the best version of themselves.

I like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and solution focused therapy. I like to build rapport initially and then allow the client to assist in developing the best approach to assist you.
