I have been providing therapy in Colorado to individuals, couples and families for over 30 years. The challenges of life can leave anyone feeling overwhelmed, tired, confused and worried. I work with individuals, couples and families for issues including anxiety, depression, trauma and challenging life events. My goal is to help you find your strengths and help you recover a balanced life with a nonjudgemental approach.
