Great to meet you!

I believe the most meaningful growth happens when we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves. As your therapist, you'll find me to be warm, compassionate, curious, and genuine. I value creating a space where you feel seen, respected, and accepted exactly as you are. My goal is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with the person you've always been beneath life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Rather than relying on a single therapeutic model, I draw from a variety of evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, mindfulness, strengths-based interventions, and trauma-informed care, while adapting my approach to best support each person. I also believe that therapy is a place where life's deeper conversations can happen.

I enjoy exploring the questions that often don't have simple answers—questions about identity, purpose, relationships, meaning, and what it means to live authentically. If spirituality is an important part of your life, I welcome it into the therapeutic process and am happy to incorporate your beliefs and values in a way that supports your healing. If spirituality is not part of your life, our work will remain grounded in your personal values and experiences.

One of my strengths as a therapist is recognizing patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we'll identify recurring thoughts, behaviors, relationship dynamics, and emotional responses, bringing awareness to them with curiosity rather than judgment. Once we understand these patterns, we can begin intentionally redirecting them toward healthier, more fulfilling ways of thinking, relating, and living.

My goal is to help you gain insight, develop practical tools, and deepen your understanding of yourself so that lasting change comes not only from learning new coping skills, but from living in greater alignment with who you truly are.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll also gather information about your personal history, relationships, and life experiences to better understand who you are and what has shaped your journey. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together to help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
