I believe in helping others change self-defeating thoughts and destructive behavioral patterns, in order to aid them in living a life in which they can find happiness. Making changes to improve your life can be difficult but very rewarding. I have a collaborative approach to change and I consider it a privilege to collaborate with people as they make those changes, and to help them navigate through the many challenges of life.

It is my honor to empower others and help them to identify their strengths. I am a military veteran familiar with military culture and the common struggles that come with a military commitment.
