Great to meet you!

Helping people is my passion. I work with individuals, couples, friends, families, and groups.

When a family unit moves together in the same direction, children flourish. Sometimes it is difficult to navigate the bumpy road and that's where I come in and help. Born and raised in Southwest Louisiana, I welcome people into therapy like a cup of coffee on a front porch. When I am not working, I enjoy Cajun cooking and taking care of my family.

My approach to therapy

I meet the individual where they are but I won't leave them there. I am easy to open up to and give individuals a safe place to share their past, present and hopes for the future. We don't all come into this world knowing everything and this is no different. I help people learn skills to transition from a place that may be unknown into a place where self-esteem and self-worth are their companions.

What you can expect from me

My second masters degree is in Behavior so I will help them make a plan to move forward into a better and more successful future. I will also share tools they can actually use in their lives to help them with everyday challenges.
