Great to meet you!
I work with adults, ages 18 to 118, who are adjusting to changes that can make life feel unfamiliar and uncomfortable, including grief, aging, disability, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I especially enjoy working with college students, older adults and individuals navigating changes in their health, independence, self-confidence, or daily life, as well as individuals who struggle with loneliness, and singleness.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience across multiple practice settings, I bring a broad perspective and a deep understanding of how life circumstances can affect emotional well-being, as well as insight on successful pathways to healing and achieving your goals.
My style is warm, practical, and respectful. I want you to feel comfortable being honest about what you’re experiencing while we work together to find realistic ways forward. My goal is to truly hear what you have to say. It is to help you identify and utilize the strengths you already own. It is to help you regain self-confidence, a sense of power, direction and a purpose in life to achieve your goals.
