Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor, with a focus on addiction and substance use. In 2018, I graduated from Pace University with my Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Within the last several years, I have worked in a hospital setting, helping treat psychiatric decompensation along with drug or alcohol relapse. Having both the experience of inpatient and outpatient settings, I have gained a thorough understanding for the spectrum which mental health illnesses are demonstrated.

I work with adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, addiction, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges who are tired of feeling stuck in the same patterns. Many are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed internally, questioning why change feels so difficult despite their best efforts. They aren't looking for quick fixes—they want to better understand themselves, build healthier relationships, and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change begins with feeling truly understood. Together, we'll explore the experiences and beliefs shaping your life while developing practical skills to manage emotions, build distress tolerance, strengthen relationships, improve executive functioning, and create meaningful change. Therapy is tailored to you—not a one-size-fits-all approach.

My approach blends evidence-based therapies, including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and executive functioning strategies, with a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship. Whether you're seeking insight, practical tools, or both, I'll meet you where you are and help you move toward a more confident, connected, and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect the initial session to cover introductions, addressing the reason for seeking therapy, and a review of treatment history/medication management. I work collaboratively with my client's to generate a personalized treatment plan to address prevalent symptoms. Based on individual needs, I may provide appropriate assessments and/or homework as it relates to the established goals.
