Great to meet you!

To engage in therapy you only need to have the willingness to be open and honest, an act made easier when partnering with a skilled clinician to help guide you on your journey. As a Pennsylvania Licensed & Board Certified Professional Counselor with over 10 years of direct care mental health experience, my skill set enables me to work with a wide variety of individuals to address various mental health & social stressors including life transitions, mood disorders, grief/ loss, addiction and more.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I find that by having a therapeutic foundation rooted in Humanistic/ Existentialism and merging it with techniques seen in strength based, solution focused and Mind/ Body approaches, clients are able to walk away with a more positive experience after each session. However, with new approaches being found, I remain up to date on all major treatment modalities through continuing education and professional seminars, in order to always offer the most effective interventions.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe that treatment is something that happens with you and for you, not to you. As a result you are in the driver seat for your treatment because you are your own personal expert. I believe that by fostering a safe and open environment for self-exploration and development of tools that empower, everyone has the ability to meet their treatment goals. My long term goal is to put myself out of a job by helping you to achieve your full potential and becoming the best version of yourself.
