Great to meet you!

I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve spent years walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult moments. Some of the areas I have experience with include anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions, among others. My background in crisis intervention and community mental health has taught me that healing is rarely a straight line, and that everyone deserves compassion and patience along the way. Whatever brought you here, you’ve found a warm place to start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored entirely to you, because no two people experience life the same way and therapy should never be one size fits all. Together, we’ll gently explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns contributing to what you’re facing, and look at how your past experiences and present circumstances connect. My style balances empathy and validation with gentle challenges and practical tools, meeting you where you are while helping you move toward where you want to be.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a chance to get to know each other, with no pressure to share everything at once. We’ll talk about what brought you in and what you’re hoping for, and begin identifying your goals together. I want you to leave feeling heard and hopeful. If you’re ready, let’s take that first step together.
