Great to meet you!

I have 15+ years of experience working with BIPOC, first-gen individuals, medical professionals, and trauma survivors. My approach is relational, somatic and attachment-focused, recognizing how our bodies hold past experiences and how early relationships shape us. I take a holistic, culturally affirming, and anti-colonial approach, helping clients build resilience and heal from trauma by honoring their unique strengths and lived experiences. Let's work together on your journey to healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapy approach is somatic, attachment-focused, and trauma-informed, with a foundation in neuroscience and psychoeducation. I help clients feel seen and heard as their authentic selves, creating a culturally affirming, anti-colonial space. I focus on how early relationships and lived experiences impact the body and mind, working collaboratively to build resilience. My approach blends warmth, humor, and deep respect for clients’ unique strengths and healing journeys.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients working with me will gain a deeper understanding of how their early relationships and experiences shape their present. They'll build resilience, develop somatic tools for emotional regulation, and heal from trauma in a culturally affirming space. Clients will feel more confident in their authentic selves without needing to code-switch and will strengthen their relationships with better communication and self-awareness, leaving with perhaps a little levity and clarity for moving forward.
