Great to meet you!
I am a psychoanalytically trained therapist who integrates evidence-based techniques with neuroscience and human physiology to help clients understand themselves on a deeper level. My approach focuses on aligning life with personal strengths, needs, and values while using emotions as a guide to unmet needs. I believe that emotions are not obstacles but important signals that can lead to healing and change.
I have experience working with diverse populations, including individuals struggling with addiction, trauma, life transitions, and mental health challenges. I also have a deep appreciation for working with older adults, helping them reconnect with their past and find meaning in the present.
In addition to traditional talk therapy, I enjoy using projective techniques like cinematherapy, where films and storytelling serve as tools for self-reflection and emotional exploration. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients can uncover unconscious patterns, resolve inner conflicts, and develop healthier ways to navigate life’s challenges.
