Great to meet you!

I hold an associate degree in Nursing, a bachelor’s in Psychology, and a master’s in Social Work. I’ve worked in the mental health field since 2000 and have been studying and teaching yoga and meditation for decades. My approach combines clinical expertise with holistic tools like mindfulness, yoga, and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) to help clients heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, disordered eating, and chronic stress. I specialize in helping people resolve deep emotional blocks and reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and empowerment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is gentle, holistic, and solution-focused. I primarily use Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT) to help clear emotional disturbances and release mental blocks quickly and effectively. I also integrate yogic spirituality, breath awareness, meditation, and yoga nidra to calm the nervous system and bring balance to the mind. Together, we reframe limiting beliefs and shift painful thought patterns so you can feel more at ease, connected, and empowered in your life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to experience clarity, emotional relief, and a sense of inner calm. Using Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), we work to gently clear painful thoughts and emotions so the mind can shift naturally and effortlessly. I also provide practical tools—like breathwork, guided meditation, and body-based techniques—to support self-regulation and emotional balance between sessions. My goal is to create a supportive space where healing feels empowering and lasting.
