Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting clients who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. Whether you’re struggling to move on from painful past experiences or facing the uncertainty of change - starting college, shifting careers, or redefining what you want your life to look like - I’m here to help you feel less alone in it all. You may be carrying the weight of guilt, shame, or anxiety, and feeling overwhelmed by pressure, both internal and external, to have it all figured out. My goal is to offer a personalized and holistic approach to help lift that weight, offering a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel supported, seen, and safe to begin healing.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I’ll meet you where you are, responding to your needs in the moment and helping you clarify your goals as we go, it's not a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, I integrate somatic therapy, CBT, EMDR, and other evidence-based practices to create a personalized experience that fits you. I’m here to guide and support you as you make decisions that align with your values and what feels right for you. I aim to create an environment that feels grounding and open, where all parts of your story are welcomed with compassion and care.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect to gain a deeper understanding of your emotions, your past experiences, and how they shape your present. We’ll work on building awareness, acceptance, and tools for change, so that you’re not just managing your day-to-day but actually growing into a more balanced, fulfilling version of your life. Over time, my hope is that you’ll leave therapy feeling stronger, more resilient, and more like yourself, confident in your ability to navigate challenges and connected to a renewed sense of purpose.
