Great to meet you!

I'm glad you're here. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you have spent a long time trying to manage things on your own. You may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, overthinking, stress, or patterns that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. I support teens, young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, perfectionism, life transitions, pregnancy, postpartum, burnout, relationship challenges, and difficult experiences. My goal is to help you develop practical coping skills, find relief from distressing symptoms, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I help clients strengthen self-worth, build confidence, and develop healthier relationships through improved communication, boundaries, vulnerability, and self-compassion. Together, we work on building emotional awareness and regulation, reducing self-criticism, navigating life transitions, and developing a stronger connection with yourself and others. I believe feeling safe and understood is essential in therapy, and I also believe that progress often comes from gently exploring areas where we feel stuck and being willing to try new ways of thinking, coping, and relating. Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and relationship-focused therapies, we’ll work together to uncover patterns, build insight, and develop practical skills that support the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to connect, learn more about what brings you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals. We’ll discuss your background, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. My priority is that you feel welcomed, heard, and supported as we begin this work together. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you move toward greater confidence, connection, and well-being.
