Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Marina and it is my passion to help individuals feel supported, understood, and empowered during difficult times in their lives. My goal is to provide client’s with the tools they need to assist them in reaching their state of harmony.

The therapy models I use are CBT, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Interpersonal and Mindfulness, These modalities are effective for conditions like anxiety and depression. Along with using therapeutic methods, we will create goals and coping tools to overcome challenges.

Let’s start your healing journey together!

My approach to therapy

I provide clients with a safe and supportive space where they feel comfortable sharing their challenges and personal experiences. I approach each individual with compassion, empathy, and understanding as they navigate difficult situations and life transitions. Using a strengths-based approach, I focus on identifying and building upon each client’s unique strengths, resilience, and personal goals while also addressing their concerns and supporting them through obstacles and emotional challenges.

What you can expect from me

The first therapy session is typically an intake appointment focused on introductions, building rapport, and gathering important background information rather than engaging in a deep emotional exploration. During this session, clients can expect to discuss what brought them to therapy, share relevant personal and mental health history, and identify current challenges or concerns. Administrative topics such as confidentiality, consent, and office policies are also reviewed to ensure clients feel informed and comfortable with the therapeutic process. Additionally, the session provides an opportunity to begin establishing initial treatment goals and to create a supportive foundation for future work together.
