Great to meet you!

I adore working with clients who would describe themselves as unique, quirky, creative, witchy, curious, expressive and/or intuitive. Some of my therapeutic specialties and interests include supporting people with chronic illness and pain, developmental trauma, and people who want to explore their nervous systems. If you've ever felt like you were "stuck" in fight/flight or felt so overwhelmed that it was difficult to move, I deeply relate and am here to support you.

My approach to therapy

If you’re looking for a different type of therapy, one that honors your experiences of navigating a world that was not built for your unique body and needs, I would love to support you in honoring your innate wisdom while navigating complex and often isolating systems. I view being a therapist as an absolute privilege and look forward to meeting you.

What you can expect from me

I am a relational therapist meaning that my first hope is to foster a meaningful connection with you. Then, we will explore creative interventions to support your body and nervous system. Some days this might look like meeting yourself with gentle compassion, some days this might look like expressing righteous rage through shaking, pushing, and movement.
