I adore working with clients who would describe themselves as unique, quirky, creative, witchy, curious, expressive and/or intuitive. Some of my therapeutic specialties and interests include supporting people with chronic illness and pain, developmental trauma, and people who want to explore their nervous systems. I am a relational therapist meaning that my first hope is to foster a meaningful connection with you. Then, we will explore creative interventions to support your body and nervous system. Some days this might look like meeting yourself with gentle compassion, some days this might look like expressing righteous rage through shaking, pushing, and movement.
