Great to meet you!

With over 23 years of experience as a licensed clinical psychologist, I bring warmth, compassion, and a genuine curiosity about what makes each person unique. My approach is collaborative, insightful, and tailored to your individual needs. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including CBT, mindfulness, Brainspotting, and somatic techniques, to help you understand yourself more deeply, heal emotional wounds, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel truly heard, understood, and supported—without judgment or pressure. My goal is not simply to help you feel better, but to help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional freedom, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic, compassionate, and highly individualized. I believe lasting change comes from understanding not only our thoughts and behaviors, but also the deeper emotional patterns and experiences that shape our lives. I integrate psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brainspotting, mindfulness, and somatic approaches to address both the mind and body. Together, we'll explore unconscious patterns, past experiences, and what's keeping you stuck, while developing greater emotional awareness and healing unresolved experiences. I view therapy as a collaborative journey of self-discovery, helping you reconnect with your authentic self, cultivate inner peace, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. I'll invite you to share what brings you to therapy, explore your personal history, and discuss what you hope to gain from our work together. We'll begin identifying patterns, challenges, and areas where you'd like to experience change. My approach is conversational, collaborative, and guided by your individual needs and comfort level. There's no pressure to share more than you're ready for. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the possibilities ahead.
