I believe in individualized, emotionally supportive therapeutic approach that allows to improve self-esteem, confidence, boundaries, and internal strength and insight. I work with diverse population, with individuals and couple who chose to ask for help and want a change in their life. I believe that this is a promising sign of their commitment to make their life more productive, fulfilling and happier. I am ready to participate in their search for better direction in life.
