Great to meet you!

I work best with people who are curious about themselves and open to being honest, even when it feels uncomfortable.

Many start therapy because of anxiety or depression, but these feelings often signal something deeper, like a weak sense of identity or a lack of purpose. If you are ready to explore your inner world and face what you find, I would be glad to support you on that journey.

I work with adults, including Russian-speaking immigrants from the former Soviet Union and other countries. I offer sessions in both English and Russian.

My approach to therapy

I work with people who often worry about how others see them and how they see themselves. I help them to stop performing and start living. I ask tough questions that take courage to answer honestly. When you find the answers, you see not only the pattern but also how to break free from it.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we move quickly through the intake questions so there is plenty of time for what matters most: hearing your story. I listen closely, ask clarifying questions, and near the end, I share my first thoughts on the themes and patterns I notice. We finish with a clear idea of how we could work together. You leave with something meaningful and the space to decide if this feels right for you.
