Hello, and welcome. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in psychiatry and a passion for helping individuals achieve lasting mental wellness. I provide compassionate medication management and brief psychotherapy for adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, psychosis, sleep difficulties, and ADHD.

My approach to care is empathetic, client-centered, and completely nonjudgmental. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journey. By combining therapeutic communication, active listening, and evidence-based treatment strategies, I work collaboratively with my clients to create individualized care plans that align with their unique needs and goals.
