Hello everyone! I am a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing compassionate, empathetic and culturally competent counseling services. I have extensive knowledge in addiction disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders and trauma. I am a credentialed substance abuse counselor and trained in DBT and EMDR therapies. I believe in a strength based approach that is holistic and guided by the individual needs of the person.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that addressing our mental health and emotional well being is as important as taking care of our physical health. My first approach to therapy is building a rapport to gain a better understanding to the needs and goals of the individual. We will work as a team to achieve a healthier mental and emotional well being by addressing life's challenges.
