My approach to therapy

My approach involves working alongside my clients in discovering what works best for you, celebrating your successes, and non-judgmentally learning from mistakes. I will help you explore the connections between past experiences and current issues, and support you as you confront your past, other people, or even yourself.

What you can expect from me

Therapy should be non-judgmental, revelatory, educational when needed, and always provide motivation, reflection, and validation. I strive to provide this type of space, and over the years I have developed a style that feels relaxed, but gets results. Things like trauma can be very hard to talk about, but I think you will be surprised at how well these conversations flow in session with me.
