Great to meet you!

Therapy can be healing, communicative, and an avenue to self-discovery. It can be a way to access social skills, self-expression, and self-awareness.. Whatever the goal, utilizing the power of music as a vehicle towards these processes can be very effective. (Some of my goals and techniques are featured in a Psychology Today article on 2/18/21 "Increase Coping and Resilience by Writing a Song").

My approach to therapy

My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. Through songwriting, music-guided relaxation, music listening, verbal processing, drumming, talking it out and much more.

What you can expect from me

My promise is to be there for you every step of your journey, to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life. Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Please contact me, let's get started!
