Great to meet you!

As a clinical social worker with over 13 years of experience in the field I specialize in working with adults over 55 who are exploring this stage of life, career, caregiving, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

My practice is focused on supporting people through middle age and senior years and the myriad issues that develop during these stages of life. Some of the areas of focus include: transition to retirement, managing the role of caregiver, sandwich generation challenges (caring for adult children, grandchildren and aging parents), navigating personal health issues, loss, grief, bereavement or isolation. Each of these problems can lead to stress and anxiety and other mental health challenges.

What you can expect from me

We typically start with an introductory session so we can get to know each other and I can learn about what brings you to therapy. In subsequent sessions we develop preliminary goals so that clients have a roadmap towards feeling better.
