Hi, I'm Maris! Thanks for being here. I welcome and affirm people of all identities and backgrounds, so please know that you can come as you are. My areas of interest include survivors of trauma or vicarious trauma, individuals with a LGBTQ identity or those wanting to explore gender or sexual identity, and those impacted by family conflict or relationships.
My clients have a general idea of what they are wanting to work through, and we do so together at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I provide a non-judgmental and validating space to help you explore the areas of your life you would like to see change.
More than anything, the therapy space is yours, and it is important that you feel you have ownership of it. You deserve to feel like your therapist is meeting your clinical needs, and I would love to be part of that with you.
