Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health clinician with experience working with adolescents and young adults, including college students. I have worked in college counseling and community-based settings, supporting clients with anxiety, mood concerns, stress, life transitions, and interpersonal challenges. I value creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and respected.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and strengths-based. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotion-focused strategies. I work with clients to increase self-awareness, build coping skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.

What you can expect from me

The first session is focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment in a warm, low-pressure environment. Together, we will begin identifying next steps and determining a treatment plan that feels aligned with your needs.
