Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree from Walden University. Over the course of my nursing career, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges. I provide comprehensive medication management along with brief psychotherapy, always with the goal of helping you feel more balanced, empowered, and in control of your emotional well-being. My approach is compassionate and collaborative—I want you to feel supported and confident as we work together toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences openly. I take the time to listen closely, understand your unique needs, and work together with you to develop a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and lifestyle. My focus is always on partnering with you so that your care feels supportive, meaningful, and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a comfortable and supportive space to share what brings you in. I’ll take the time to get to know you, your history, and your goals so we can start building a treatment plan together. We’ll talk through your symptoms, experiences, and any questions you have, and I’ll explain how I can support you with medication management and brief psychotherapy. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clear sense of the next steps in your care.
