Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Marisa. I've spent over 20 years working in the social services field with a variety of populations and illnesses and have the experience and knowledge needed to truly help you. I’m very genuine and have an open, relaxed demeanor.

My approach to therapy

I take a directive approach in counseling, guiding my clients through the process to make it easier for them. I provide a safe space, free of judgment, to allow you to be who you are and get the help you need. I provide support and teach the necessary skills to manage your thoughts and emotions.

What you can expect from me

Life can be hard! Especially when you don’t have the support and skills you need to get through it. Having someone to walk beside you through your journey who you feel really understands you is so important and I would be honored to be that person for you.
