Great to meet you!

I earned my Master’s of Science in Education in School Counseling from NYIT and pursued my Advanced Certification in Mental Health Counseling at Alfred University. Before embarking on the mental health journey, I challenged, encouraged, and shaped the minds of adolescents and teens in the high school setting—treating various ailments such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and familial situations. This experience deepened my commitment to building meaningful, therapeutic connections and fostering emotional resilience.

My approach to therapy

I combine evidence-based practices like CBT and mindfulness-based interventions with a reflective, relational style that honors the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.

What you can expect from me

My strength lies in forging a transparent and safe relationship with each client. I approach every individual and situation with compassion, clarity, and a collaborative game plan for understanding and transformation—until I am ultimately no longer needed because they will have graduated from the experiences that brought them to seek help in the first place.
