Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when anxiety, past experiences, or relationship challenges begin affecting your ability to enjoy the present. Whether you're coping with stress, navigating a major life transition, processing trauma, or trying to better understand yourself, you don't have to do it alone. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief and loss, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, stress management, identity exploration, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, and cultural or ethnic challenges. I strive to create a warm, open-minded, and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story. Together, we'll build on your strengths, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change that supports your emotional well-being and the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be personalized because every person's experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you develop practical skills while gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. Depending on your needs, I integrate Behavioral Modification, Behavior Management, Positive Psychology, Art Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we'll explore patterns that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, or life stress while building healthy coping strategies, emotional regulation skills, resilience, and confidence. My goal is to help you make meaningful progress that extends beyond our sessions and into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive, judgment-free space where you are treated with warmth, respect, and genuine compassion. I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be authentic, explore difficult experiences, and celebrate growth along the way. Throughout our work together, I'll meet you where you are while encouraging you to recognize your strengths and build the tools needed to navigate life's challenges. My hope is that you'll leave therapy with greater confidence, healthier relationships, stronger coping skills, improved emotional balance, and a deeper understanding of yourself so you can move forward with clarity and purpose.
