Whether you're coping with stress, navigating a major life transition, processing trauma, or trying to better understand yourself, you don't have to do it alone. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship concerns, family conflict, grief and loss, ADHD, bipolar disorder, OCD, stress management, identity exploration, women's issues, maternal mental health concerns, and cultural or ethnic challenges. I strive to create a warm, open-minded, and welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing your story. Together, we'll build on your strengths, increase self-awareness, and work toward meaningful change that supports your emotional well-being and the life you want to create.
