My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with my clients and building on strengths while discovering and learning new strengths and skills. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Gestalt therapy to provide a more integrated approach to therapy.
