My name is Marisa Farnsworth and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, families, and couples. I have a strength-based approach with the objective of working collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapy goals. I offer an empathetic, safe, and non-judgmental space aimed to help you feel comfortable to honestly discuss your life.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I enjoy working with my clients and building on strengths while discovering and learning new strengths and skills. I utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Gestalt therapy to provide a more integrated approach to therapy.
