Great to meet you!

I believe in building a collaborative relationship with my clients, working together to identify goals and develop a personalized plan to achieve them. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing on a range of techniques to help clients develop the skills they need to cope with life's challenges. I earned my Master of Social Work from Simmons University in 2019 and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD and anxiety, and provide affirming care for individuals across all identities and backgrounds. I create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore challenges and build meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I begin with a comprehensive intake to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy, then we collaborate to identify your goals and explore what may be getting in the way of the changes you want to make in your life. My approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to build practical skills and foster lasting change. I also incorporate psychodynamic exploration to understand how past experiences may be shaping your present, and use mindfulness and meditation techniques to support emotional regulation and self-awareness. Psychoeducation is woven throughout our work together, empowering you with knowledge and tools you can use both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming conversation where I gather information about your background, current concerns, and what you hope to gain from therapy. We will begin identifying your goals and what meaningful change looks like for you, so that we can start building a roadmap for our work together. My aim is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the process ahead.
