Great to meet you!

In my years of clinical experience, I’ve come to understand that unhealed trauma often re-emerges in our lives—no matter our age or life stage. These wounds may show up in confusing or overwhelming ways, often disconnected from their original source. I view this not as pathology, but as the mind and body’s way of asking for care, attention, and healing.

I am deeply committed to helping clients work through these layers of pain with compassion, clarity, and respect. I believe that healing is not just possible—it’s transformative. And when we tend to unresolved trauma, it has a ripple effect, improving not only our inner world, but our relationships, work, and overall sense of wellbeing.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in both empathy and clinical expertise. I believe that real healing happens when therapy is rooted in a strong, trusting relationship—one that includes clear boundaries and mutual respect. These boundaries are not just for safety; they create the structure needed for deep work.

I help clients explore their internal experiences with curiosity and care, supporting them through the discomfort that often comes with meaningful change. I don’t offer quick fixes or surface-level solutions. Instead, I guide people through the deeper layers, where lasting transformation can happen.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other. You can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you’ll be invited—but never pressured—to share your story at your own pace.

We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you hope to get out of the process. I’ll also share how I work and answer any questions you have about therapy in general. Most importantly, we’ll begin building a foundation of trust, which is essential for the deeper work that lies ahead.
