Marisa Kuropatkin

Marisa Kuropatkin received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University and is now a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Marisa has over 15 years of experience working with children and adults in various therapeutic settings. Marisa works with community organizations, providing education on grief, self-care and crisis interventions when necessary.

Marisa creates a safe and nurturing environment with a direct and caring approach to therapy. Marisa utilizes a variety of treatment modalities, which best suit the needs of her clients, in order to reach their treatment goals. Marisa’s empathy, knowledge and experience allows the client to feel supported as they work to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential.
