Great to meet you!

I was drawn to social work early in life, motivated by a belief in people’s ability to heal and grow. Through life’s experiences—and motherhood—this belief has deepened, strengthening my passion for supporting others. I’ve witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience of individuals and families navigating complex systems. My work focuses on empowering clients to find their inner strength while staying connected to all parts of themselves, whether in parenthood, relationships, careers, or personal challenges.

I strive to make therapy feel like a place you can find a sense of relief, feel safe, and know that you're understood and supported without judgment.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I bring empathy, curiosity, and compassion to our work together, helping you explore challenges, gain insight, and tap into your resilience. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered to navigate life’s complexities at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic style is collaborative, strengths-based, and compassionate. Together, we explore challenges and navigate life’s transitions—whether in parenting, careers, relationships, or personal growth. My hope is that you walk away feeling understood, with a greater sense of peace and a renewed resilience that you can carry into your daily life.
