My approach to therapy

I provide 50 minute virtual sessions to individuals who reside in California. I incorporate a wide range of treatment approaches to provide you with the greatest care, tailored to your unique needs and goals, which include:

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Psychodynamic Therapy

Person Centered Therapy

Solution focused Therapy

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I'll ask you some questions to understand your background and what brought you to therapy. My goal is to create a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your story and where we can begin building rapport. Towards the end of the session, we'll also take time to discuss any questions you might have, and determine if we are a good fit for working together to create goals that will support your readiness for change.
