Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in working with children, families, couples and adult individuals. My clinical practice has consisted of working with clients suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders/life changes, and family conflict. Therapy is most effective and meaningful when you're matched with a therapist whom you're comfortable with and whom you feel is a trustworthy individual. Let's connect and start working through this empowering journey, to gracefully cope with and work through your daily struggles and challenges.

My approach to therapy

The therapeutic relationship with my clients is my top priority; if it's lacking, this does not allow for any progress to be made. My style is characterized by warmth, empathy, compassion, while also challenging your thoughts. My clinical approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-centered/Rogerian Therapy, and Solution-focused therapy. I specialize in working with individuals facing depression, anxiety, stress, family conflict, self-esteem, and grief/loss.

What you can expect from me

Therapeutic goals are individually tailored to each client's needs. I include you, as my client, in your treatment planning; you are the expert of your own life, short and long term goals.
